IT consulting in Los Angeles

Defined projects for Los Angeles businesses and internal IT teams, from assessment and planning through implementation, validation, and handover. What a project includes.

SyncrionIT scopes, implements, validates, and documents the project. The business receives a working result and the records needed to operate it.

One accountable project owner

SyncrionIT leads the conversation, the technical work, and the decisions that keep the project moving.

Scope changes discussed first

If the work or estimate needs to change, you hear why before additional work moves forward.

Implementation, not just recommendations

SyncrionIT can assess the situation and complete the approved technical work—not stop at a report.

A usable handover

The project closes with validation, relevant records, and administrative access that remains with your business.

Common questions.

Scope, pricing, and how projects fit alongside internal IT or another provider.

Do I need to know exactly what project I need?

No. Start with what is happening, what changed, or what the business is trying to accomplish. SyncrionIT can assess the situation, identify the systems involved, and define the options before implementation begins.

How is consulting work priced?

Consulting is $125 per hour. A defined project begins with a written estimate based on the expected work and agreed scope. You are billed only for actual authorized time worked, and SyncrionIT discusses material scope or estimate changes with you before continuing.

Do I need to be a support client to hire you for a project?

No. A project is scoped and delivered on its own, with no monthly agreement or retainer. If you'd like ongoing support afterward, the project can double as your onboarding.

Can SyncrionIT work with our internal IT team or current provider?

Yes. SyncrionIT can provide additional project capacity, specialized execution, an independent assessment, or a second opinion without unnecessarily replacing the people who already handle daily operations.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both. Planning, administration, and many platform changes can be completed remotely. SyncrionIT also works on-site in Los Angeles and nearby communities when installation, physical infrastructure, testing, or the situation requires it.

What does the business receive when the project is finished?

Deliverables depend on the work, but completion normally includes validation of the agreed outcome, a record of material changes, relevant documentation, and confirmed administrative ownership or access for the business.
