Vako handles every initial conversation and remains accountable for the engagement. As SyncrionIT grows, every consultant will follow the same standard: understand the whole situation, communicate plainly, complete the work properly, and leave the business with the access and documentation it needs.
Two clear ways to work with SyncrionIT.
- Project work
- Each project receives its own written hourly estimate based on the expected work. Project time is approved, tracked, and billed separately.
- Support requests
- Support can be billed hourly as needed or covered through prepaid support hours. Prepaid hours remain available until used, are non-refundable, and cannot be applied to project work.
SyncrionIT does not require a managed-services agreement and does not bundle monitoring, unlimited support, a staffed help desk, or 24/7 emergency coverage.
